Open and close your mouth quickly 20 times.
Hold your mouth open for 20 seconds
Open your mouth as much as possible and move your lower jaw to the right side and hold for 10 seconds
Open your mouth as much as possible and move your lower jaw to the right side and hold for 10 seconds
Move the lower jaw from side to side 20 times in a row
Move the lower jaw back and forth 20 times in a row
Open the mouth against resistance (by pressing the thumb on the chin upwards)
Chewing exercises with the mouth closed in exaggerated movements 20 times in a row
Inflate your cheeks for 10 seconds.
Produce sounds “ee” “uu” 20 times in a row like in the video here.
Produce the sounds “ee”, “ah”, “eh” “uh” 20 times in a row
Take out your tongue and stretch it as straight as possible and keep it stretched for 10 seconds.
Take a straight tongue out of the mouth and put it in quickly 20 times.
Push a teaspoon in the tip of the tongue for 10 seconds
Push a spoon placed in the upper lip area straight into the tip of the tongue for 10 seconds
Stretch the tongue down towards the chin and hold it stretched for 10 seconds.
Take the tongue out of the mouth towards the chin and quickly bring it back in 20 times in a row.
Open your mouth as wide as possible and push with your tongue for 10 seconds the hard area behind the upper gums, as in the video here.
Stretch your tongue up towards your nose and hold it stretched for 10 seconds.
Take the tongue out of the mouth towards the nose and quickly bring it back in 20 times in a row.
Take the tongue out of the mouth and move it from the chin towards the nose and quickly bring it back in 20 times in a row.
Take the tongue out of the mouth and move it from the right side to the left and quickly bring it back in 20 times in a row, like in the video here.
Move the tongue across the upper and lower lip in a circular manner 20 times in a row.
Close your lips and lick your lips from the inside in circular motions 20 times in a row as in the video here.
Close your lips and lick your lower lip from side to side from the inside 20 times in a row.
Push with the tongue the finger placed on the right cheek for 10 seconds and then the finger placed on the left cheek for 10 seconds as in the video here.
Stretch your lips with a wide smile and quickly relax 20 times in a row.
Stretch your lips with a wide smile and hold for 10 seconds.
Contract your lips as if for a kiss and release quickly 20 times in a row.
Pucker your lips and hold a drinking straw like this for 10 seconds like in the video here.
Stretch your lips with a wide smile and contract them as if for a quick kiss 20 times in a row.
Move your lips from side to side 20 times in a row.
Hold your lips with your hand in a contracted position and try to smile while doing so for 10 seconds.
Hold your lips with your hand as if in a wide smile and try to press as if for a kiss while doing so for 10 seconds.
Inflate the upper lip and hold the lips closed for 10 seconds.
Inflate the lower lip and hold the lips closed for 10 seconds.
Inflate the upper lip and then pass the air from the upper lip to the lower and back 10 times in a row.
